Original and historic wood flooring from Europe are both rare and hard to come by; particularly in the Americas.  In Europe they are traded akin to the highest quality antique furniture.  Their charismatic geometric designs add a depth to an estate home heretofore unknown to be available.

Thomas Reiner, who found his passion as a furniture restorer at Wuerttemberg State Museum in Stuttgart, is now the preeminent guru and advisor in the European preservationist market. His company ANTIQUE PARQUET focuses exclusively on rescuing, collecting and expertly restoring historic parquet, plank and geometric parquet flooring.  Headquartered appropriately in an old 18th century farmhouse in Kitzbuhel, Austria, Antique Parquet stores the largest collection of original and antique parquet and plank flooring; over 70,ooo square feet.

Their expertise in restoration is known and respected globally.  And they’ve been commissioned to virtually every major palace and castle throughout Germany, Austria and middle Europe.

The parquets are sold in restored condition only.  This allows for up to one inch in adjusting material height. Restoration begins when the product is purchased.  You’ll may choose to have local craftsmen install the product or  Antique Parquet will install it for you – anywhere in the world.
