Georgia Zikas studied at the New York School of Interior Design in New York, NY. She launched her design career at Architectural Digest AD100 firm, Gomez Associates in Manhattan, where she learned to mix a passion for antiques, architectural detail, and fine art with a trained understanding of craftsmanship, lifestyle, and composition.
With two decades of expertise, Georgia has earned a celebrated reputation for her innate ability to design, renovate, and build family properties that are classically inspired yet personality-driven.
Recognized for her utmost thoughtfulness, Georgia’s spaces are timeless and enduring, making luxury living easy. Over the years, her work has appeared in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, AD, Forbes, New England Home, HGTV Magazine, Homes & Garden, and beyond.
Georgia values design community involvement and is currently the VP of Education on the Board of the International Furnishings & Design Association (IFDA), New England Chapter. Georgia is also a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA) chapter of New England. She has a passion for preservation. In 2024, she supported Housing Works in New York City as a featured designer, earning acclaim for her “Olive Branch Room” at the Design on a Dime event hosted in NYC. Georgia Zikas Design has also been selected for Mila Luxury Collective and The Home Trust International.
